Club Welfare Officers are key to making an environment safe, welcoming and friendly for all to enjoy the game of cricket. The officers are responsible for safeguarding and making sure the club policies and procedures are in place, and all individuals are appropriately vetted in line with ECB guidance.

The club employees’ female level 2 coaches, who are vetted in accordance with ECB guidance. The coaches are a vital part of the club ensuring the smooth and safe running of training sessions.
Individual development is very important to us, and opportunities are always available if you wish to train as a cricket coach.
